My guiding philosophy

Hi, I’m Cheyenne.

My life is guided by three main principles: to grow, to create, and to share.

To Grow is to cultivate a deeper understanding of oneself, recognizing the significance and complexity of our diverse constitutions, what it truly means to be human, how our bodies and minds work, and personal growth. But also how growing things, like physically tending to live plants or animals is healing in it’s own right.

To Create is to breathe life into our healing spaces—not merely physical but also psychological and spiritual. It’s about the creation of self-care routines, creating healing practices with art, creative expression, to combine and blend practices of the natural world, enriched with the knowledge of modern science. Create the life you desire.

Finally, to Share, is to spread love and kindness. To share is to live authentically and peacefully. Just as we are. Sharing means connecting with others throughout our journeys. By being my true authentic self, and sharing what I’ve learned and created, I hope to shine a light for others.

I’ve been called to help people, and educate women on the function of their bodies and how to return the natural way of life and heal our minds, bodies, and spirits. So, I created Living Lotus Holistics to do just that. Our holistic approach is a natural approach to wellness, drawing from the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, herbalism, and traditional living. We also explore the realms of neurodiversity, psychology, and spirituality, and others, always with a focus on research, understanding, and compassion.

We offer a variety of goods and services to support and empower people as they create positive and lasting change in their lives. We offer group workshops. We also sell live plants, seeds, loose-leaf herbs, blended teas, other herbal remedies, and more. You’ll find all our current products for sale down below.

Using many modalities to discover ones constitution, we can better understand different lifestyle needs, metabolic & nutritional needs, exercise needs, and even environmental needs. Gathering insight from Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurvedic Medicine, Polyvagal theory, Human Design, and modern technology.

Mindful & Intuitive Practices, Exercise, & Self Awareness

We also understand the impact of life experiences and environment on overall development and wellbeing. Unresolved trauma and unconscious cognitive patterns can wreak havoc on an individual’s physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. Using mindful practices, somatic therapies, introspective exploration, and understanding the power of intentions. We empower individuals to understand how their own thought processes, behavioral tendencies, and subconscious beliefs shape their present day reality, in addition to the overall health of the nervous system.

Individualized Nutrition & Handcrafted Herbal Remedies

Using the latest research, combined with age-old ancient wisdom from Ayurvedic Medicine, Traditional Chinese medicine, as well as indigenous plant-based practices, we believe that everyone has a specific plant-based prescription that works best with their body’s constitution. We believe in our bodies innate healing abilities to achieve a state of holistic well-being. Much like a flower struggling in the wrong environment, you would not condemn the flower for struggling, you would fix the environment.
